Before Placing Order
- All artwork must set to CMYK mode
- Artwork's resolution should be at least 150 dpi.
- Artwork should be created in actual size on a 1:1 scale.
- Possible 1 cm dimension error
- CMYK colouring should NOT be under 10%.
- Maximum size is 48 x 96 inches. Large size backdrop needs to be merged
- Output colour is subject to our colour standard.
- The price provided by the self-service quote and order is for informational purposes only, and final pricing will be determined by the official quotation.
- If customers have strict accuracy requirements to colour, please place a test print order from us (Subject to extra charge).
- Transportation fee only applicable to standard delivery service only. Additional charges are required for stairs between levels (for building without lift), continued stair, products to be carried over bulky obstacles, walking distance more than 100m or walking time more than 3 mins if destination is not accessible by truck.
